Fresh Mark Inc. in Salem, OH is offering a Human Resources Intern program designed to provide hands-on experience within a growing食品 company. You’ll work alongside seasoned HR professionals, handling employee data, forms, training support, and interview coordination.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an HR-related degree, possess strong communication skills, and can collaborate in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. This on-site internship runs for 12 weeks and is paid.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age and currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Work Authorization: legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to drive between plants.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Proactive thinker and self-motivated.
• Strong time, project, and organizational management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
• Adherence to safety practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Updating our internal database with new/current employee information such as benefits, organizational structure, etc.
• Creating/updating forms and other communication material.
• Assisting with training.
• Screening resumes and applications.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with applicants.
• Participate in organizing company events.
