Job summary

Fresh Mark, Inc. is offering a 12-week Employee Education & Training Intern program at the Salem, OH facility. The role supports the Operations team by enhancing on-the-floor training, SOPs, and employee learning experiences, in collaboration with HR, EHS, FSQA, and Operations.

The internship is paid, starts May 25, 2027, and ends August 13, 2027. Applicants must be enrolled in a related 4-year degree and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree in one of the listed majors.
• 18+ years old with junior status by start date.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to drive between plants.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain on-the-floor training materials, including SOPs, job aids, and visual guides.
• Observe production processes to ensure training content reflects real workflows.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to identify training needs and improve learning experiences.
• Integrate EHS safety requirements and FSQA food safety standards into training materials.
• Contribute to cross-functional meetings and assist with training and development projects.
• Assist with assessments and competency checks to measure training effectiveness.
• Gather and organize feedback to improve content.
• Help track and document training completion and employee development.
