Job summary

Teradyne in North Reading, MA seeks a Strategic HR Business Partner to own the people dimension of mergers and acquisitions from due diligence through integration. You will work with Legal, Finance, Corporate Development and HR Centers of Excellence to drive value and smooth collaboration.

The role requires 10+ years of HR experience, deep knowledge of employment law and compensation, and the ability to influence senior leaders in a fast-moving, global environment while preserving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or Law preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with multiple M&A transactions.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation and equity, and cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR workstream for target evaluations including org structure, leadership, compensation, benefits, and employment agreements.
• Identify and communicate people-related risks and cost synergies to deal teams and executives.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Corporate Development on deal structuring and integration planning.
• Develop the HR integration plan for Day 1 readiness and 100-day milestones.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage access to sensitive employee data.
