Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic planning and corporate development.
• Experience in technology or engineering-driven environments.
• Top-tier management consulting or investment banking background required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning activities and corporate development initiatives across Teradyne's Semi and Product lines.
• Develop and defend investment theses and value creation plans.
• Prepare executive materials and communicate rationale to leadership.
