Teradyne in North Reading, MA seeks a Senior Director, Strategic Planning & Corporate Development to lead disciplined thinking across strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions for our Semi and Product businesses.

This senior individual contributor role reports to executives, and will work from the office approximately four days per week, with periodic domestic and international travel, primarily in Asia.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of strategic planning and corporate development experience.
• Experience with enterprise-wide strategic plans or complex M&A transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop inorganic strategies and manage deal funnel.
• Translate deal rationale into execution priorities and integration dependencies.
• Prepare executive-ready updates on strategy and transaction rationale.
