Job summary

Gas South seeks an HR Strategic Projects Intern in Atlanta to gain hands-on experience supporting strategic and operational HR initiatives. You will analyze workforce data, assist with talent management, onboarding, and learning programs, and research best practices to improve development and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities include process improvements, HR technology initiatives, and a capstone project with recommendations presented to HR leadership at the internship's end.

Job Responsibilities

• The intern would have the opportunity to support a variety of strategic and operational HR initiatives, including:

Pay range is commensurate with education, experience, specialized skills or certifications, etc.

Gas South Base Pay Range : $18 USD - $22 USD
