Job summary

IRVING INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking a Staffing Specialist to support the Guest Educator program, volunteers, and contractors, and to assist HR in strategic staffing, data analysis, recruitment, onboarding, and payroll workflows in Munis. This in-person, nonexempt role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

A High School Diploma or GED is required; proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite is essential, and experience with Munis/Frontline is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MS Office & Google Suite proficiency required.
• Notary Public Commission or ability to obtain preferred.
• Experience with MUNIS and Frontline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen applications for Guest Educators, contractors, and volunteers.
• Perform background checks through TxDPS and JDP.
• Maintain accurate data in Munis and other HR systems.
• Prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientations.
• Maintain payroll accuracy for Guest Educator personnel.
• Generate reports to monitor program effectiveness.
