The HR Specialist will support payroll, recruitment, orientation programs, and HR data reporting, reporting to the Human Resource Manager. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting sources and manage candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate payroll submissions and assist payroll team.
• Interview candidates and complete evaluations.
• Track applicants, maintain data and report hiring metrics.
• Assist HR Manager with orientation and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
