The candidate will handle onboarding, coordinate interviews, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring timely, compliant personnel management in a close-knit team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High discretion with confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong telephone etiquette and punctuality for schedule adherence.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates full-cycle recruitment: posting positions, screening, interviewing, offers, and pre-employment requirements.
• Handles onboarding paperwork.
• Participates in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee information and company data.
• Maintains filing system for employee and company records.
• Serves as back-up for other team members.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
