Valor Tactical Innovation LLC is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support talent acquisition and HR operations. You will lead full lifecycle recruitment, prepare job descriptions, screen resumes, interview and onboard new hires, and extend offers while ensuring compliance with employment laws and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Additional responsibilities include employee relations, benefits administration, training, policy implementation, and HR data management.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder
• Background checks required
• Drug and alcohol screenings required
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English (legalese and acronyms)
• Attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication
• Experience with HR software and databases (SharePoint)

• Receive and route incoming calls to appropriate contacts
• Recruit, interview, hire and onboard team members
• Manage staffing and recruiting strategies including compensation data
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and Open Enrollment
• Draft and transmit offer letters and related documents
• Maintain job descriptions and internal postings across platforms
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Assist with training, employee relations, and HR policy implementation
