Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in HR Specialist, Generalist, or Coordinator roles.
• Experience in an education setting is preferred.
• Experience with Skyward and Red Rover is preferred.
• Ability to present and produce documents at a high level of sophistication.
• Ability to make rational decisions, solve problems, and drive change.
• Ability to establish and maintain collegial relationships across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support all Human Resources functions with emphasis on recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle compliance and other HR-related responsibilities across employee groups.
• Support retention, satisfaction, and productivity to ensure efficient department operations.
