Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree and/or HR coursework preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR experience in a generalist role ideal.
• Certification and/or license may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR and employees with recruitment, payroll, and onboarding.
• Process personnel information and maintain confidential records.
• Administer payroll processing and review for accuracy.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of temporary staff with agencies.
• Support benefits enrollment and open enrollment activities.
• Assist with leave management and related system workflows.
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
• Respond to HR inquiries and provide information to management.
• Support communications with employees and ensure postings are current.
• Complete unemployment claims within required timeframes.
