Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business preferred.
• Experience with candidate screening, interview scheduling, or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; confidential information handling.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities including posting openings, tracking applicants, and candidate flow.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule on-site interviews.
• Assist with onboarding meetings and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain employee records and assist with payroll-related support and HR reporting.
• Respond to routine HR policy questions and provide admin support as needed.
