Responsibilities

• Evaluate procedures for the compensation/payroll unit and implement changes to improve efficiency.
• Draft informative and detailed reports addressing the validity of compensation discrepancies related to debt obligations for waiver/hearing adjudication.
• Serve as the expert on highly sensitive and complex pay issues or projects (e.g., retroactive pay due to settlements, lawsuits, or corrective personnel actions).
