• Identifying weaknesses in current business processes and leading initiatives to eliminate redundant work.
• Serving as the principal advisor to senior leadership on HRIT issues and data interpretation.
• Leading or coordinating project teams using Agile methodologies to manage tasks, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Translating business needs into functional requirements and coordinating with subject matter experts and IT staff.
