Blue Ridge Health is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our Human Resources Team in Hendersonville, NC. This full-time clerical role supports onboarding, benefits enrollment, and HR policy administration from our Admin Building in downtown Hendersonville.

Entry pay starts at $19.20 per hour and may increase with experience. We offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, disability coverage, a 403(b) retirement plan with company match, 9 paid holidays, and PTO/personal

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Two or more years of experience in employee relations, benefits administration, and employee training (preferred).
• Strong skills utilizing the Microsoft Office suite, as well as various computer systems and software applications.

Responsabilidades

• administer HR policies and services under the Director of HR.
• Develop requisitions and monitor approval workflows.
• Assist with development and delivery of new hire signups, orientation and onboarding segments.
• Support annual benefits enrollment and conduct educational meetings; assist employees with enrollment requirements, processing benefit elections, and maintaining records.
• Answer benefit questions and resolve issues for employees.
• Assist with employee appreciation and community service events.
• Conduct internal HR compliance audits, summarize findings for management, coordinate corrective actions and maintain records.
