Ultimate Staffing Services is assisting with a Human Resources Specialist opportunity in Minneapolis, MN. This full-time, on-site role focuses on employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, and compliance within a manufacturing environment.

You will support payroll-related activities, maintain personnel records, and partner with leaders on performance management. The position offers stability, growth, and direct interaction across the organization.

Formación

• 2+ years of HR experience with an Associate's degree, or 3+ years of HR experience without a degree.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, or HR administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and onboard hourly manufacturing employees and other operational staff.
• Lead new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees regarding policies, benefits, attendance, and workplace questions.
• Track attendance, PTO requests, and employee records.
• Partner with leaders on performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and employee development initiatives.
• Coordinate training programs and maintain training documentation.
• Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and workplace concerns.
• Support payroll-related audits, reporting, and timecard review processes.
• Maintain personnel files and ensure HR compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Provide ongoing administrative support to operations and leadership teams.
