The ideal candidate communicates well, builds relationships, and uses analytical thinking to solve problems. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and HR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Daily HR operations support.

• Maintain employee records and respond to inquiries.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding level of customer service to colleagues and leaders, promoting a positive work environment.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and assisting with recruitment efforts.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs that align with the organization’s goals.
• Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that HR practices are in line with legal requirements.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
