You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and provide expert guidance on HR best practices.

You will also support senior consultants on projects, manage HR outsourcing engagements, and uphold consulting standards while delivering timely client reports and scalable

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Generalist or similar role.
• Ability to advise on payroll, benefits, compliance and employee relations.
• Experience supporting HR outsourcing projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR guidance across payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations and performance management.
• Support senior consultants on projects and HR outsourcing engagements.
