Job summary

Sunstates Security is hiring a Human Resources Specialist for our Springfield, NJ regional office. This role supports operations, recruiting, HR administration, and regional tasks aligned with Sunstates' objectives.

Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, licensing, OT/TO reporting, training coordination, and employee support using ADP, LMS, and Post Orders. This position offers weekly pay, a base salary of $65,000, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting and administrative experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
• Ability to travel occasionally to visit all local site locations

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high-potential candidates aligned with company needs.
• Coordinate onboarding and maintain application tracking data.
• Maintain licensing and run OT/TO reports to meet company standards.
• Coordinate Sunstates Security Orientation and training records.
• Assist employees with questions and training on LMS and post orders.
