Qualifications

• Two+ years of recruiting or administrative experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with payroll systems and ATS.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR; ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high-potential candidates aligned with company needs.
• Coordinate internal hiring needs; develop job descriptions as needed.
• Conduct full interview process (phone, in-person); perform background checks.
