Job summary

Superior Maintenance Co. is seeking an Human Resources Specialist for an evening shift to support HR operations in the Elizabethtown area. You will handle investigations, employee relations, and critical HR administrative duties, while ensuring policies are followed and staff are supported.

You will play a key role in maintaining a productive work environment, handling attendance, records, and training. Strong communication, organization, and discretion are essential in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; college education a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year related HR experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conducts interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters.
• Assists with disciplinary meetings, terminations, drug screenings, etc.
• Manages attendance tracking processes and employee records.
• Assists in planning and administration of HR policies, reports and programs.
• Supports HR Manager in employee training and internal communications.
• Liaises between employees and management and supports internal investigations.
