Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview candidates for open positions and support the hiring process from requisition to onboarding.

• Assist with employee benefits programs, medical leave administration, and 401(k) activities.
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and leave-related questions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, and employee events.
• Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, separations, and offboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, files, databases, and reports.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely response to information requests.
• Maintain working knowledge of payroll processes and provide payroll coverage as needed.
• Process employment verifications and other employee information requests.

What You’ll Do

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will:

What We’re Looking For

Compensation

Salary Range $72,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
