Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• Certified Payroll Processer (CPP) certification preferred.
• A minimum of two to four years of human resources or related experience with payroll, HRIS and leave management preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support payroll preparation and timekeeping administration.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding, including background checks and I-9/E-Verify processing.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation; support benefits administration.
