Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years related HR experience
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with all levels of management
• SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos experience preferred

Responsibilities

• FMLA administration and certification processing.
• Maintain personnel records including deductions, direct deposits, and status changes in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Manage employee paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Address employee benefit questions and issues.
• Assist in hiring by pre-screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating orientations.
• administer benefits changes and processing.
• Prepare exit interview packets and conduct exit interviews.
• Prepare reports using Excel and HRIS.
• Print IDs and coordinate building access with security.
• Coordinate HR projects, events, and newsletters.
• Serve as first point of contact for employees and visitors for HR.
• Enter and maintain accuracy of employee data in HRIS.
• Post communications on bulletin boards and keep them current.
• Process paperwork for terminated hourly employees.
