Benton REA in Washington State is seeking a full-time Human Resources Specialist to support HR programs across benefits, recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. This role will contribute to a positive, service-oriented environment for employees and members of the Association.

The position is based at our West Richland headquarters, offering a 4x10 work schedule with every Friday off, and a strong benefits package including 100% company-paid family health insurance, a 14% 401(k) match,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
• Two years of HR administration experience.
• Valid Washington State driver's license.
• Strong written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across HR programs including benefits, recruitment, compliance, and workforce development.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to address HR needs with tact and diplomacy.
• Deliver timely, accurate HR services and foster a positive work environment.
