Job summary

BlueWave Express Car Wash is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to support onboarding, records, benefits, and employee relations across multiple Texas locations. This in-office role will be based at the Montgomery office and collaborate closely with talent acquisition, payroll, and operations teams.

You will handle onboarding, maintain HR records in Paycom, manage employee changes, and assist with benefits and compliance. A strong HR background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum HR experience required.
• Paycom experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and a professional, approachable attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, paperwork and orientation for team members across multiple locations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data in Paycom.
• Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, pay changes and terminations.
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment, and answer team member benefit questions.

We’re looking for an organized, people-focused HR Specialist to join our team at our Montgomery office and help support team members across all of our sites.**Position Summary** The HR Specialist supports the day-to-day HR functions that keep our company running smoothly, from onboarding and employee records to benefits, compliance and employee relations. You’ll work closely with our talent acquisition, payroll and operations teams, and serve as a go-to resource for team members and leaders across our locations.
