Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of directly related HR experience.
• Experience with Paycom is preferred.

As a Human Resource Specialist at Northwest Health Services, you will be responsible for:Preparation and revision job descriptions and posting positions in ATS.Recruiting, screening, interviewing, and evaluating applicant qualifications; including attendance at job fairs, and building community talent relationships.Conducting bi-weekly new hire orientation.Entering, retrieving, and maintaining human resources information in HRIS.Preparing human resource correspondence and reports.Ensuring employee records are maintained in accordance with employment laws.Responding to employees’ queries in a timely manager.Collaborating with other departments on HR related projects; HR representative on committees.Processing semi-monthly payroll.Benefit Administration.An Associate degree in human resources, business, or a related field; directly related experience can be used in lieu of education on a year for year basis.A minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.Hands on experience with Paycom preferred, but not required.
