Job summary

Home Helpers is hiring an HR Specialist for our Pocatello/Idaho Falls offices. This is a joint office role; you will commute to each office twice a week, with a home office day on Fridays.

Hours are Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–1pm. Duties include facilitating orientation and training for caregivers, coordinating with recruiting and onboarding to shorten hiring timelines, implementing policy and retention initiatives, providing ongoing support and training, assisting with payroll, and
