Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care is hiring an HR Specialist for the Pocatello/Idaho Falls office. The role requires commuting to each office twice weekly, with a home office on Fridays. Hours are Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–1pm.

The position covers orientation, training for caregivers, recruitment/onboarding coordination, policy implementation for retention, ongoing caregiver support, payroll assistance, and maintaining spreadsheets/reports as directed.
