Job description

• 1. Oversee US‑based HR operations; support overseas recruitment execution including job posting, candidate communication, interview scheduling, ATS system maintenance, and offer‑process follow‑up; support hiring for new roles generated by M&A activities.
• 2. Employee relationship management: respond to daily HR inquiries from staff; organize team‑building and employee‑wellbeing activities; communicate internal policies; handle employee grievances and mitigate labor‑compliance risks.
• 3. Complete other ad‑hoc HR assignments from supervisors.

Job Requirements

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or above; hands‑on US local HR experience; fluent in English and Chinese.
• 2. Proficient in US HR recruitment and payroll systems.
• 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills; detail‑oriented, rigorous and risk‑minded.
