Job summary

RBT Technologies California is seeking an HR Specialist to manage core HR functions from recruiting to retention. You will screen and interview candidates, onboard and train new employees, manage attendance and payroll, and support leadership with reports.

You will help implement company culture and policies, coordinate employee recognition events, maintain accurate personnel files, and ensure compliance with labor laws; bilingual in Chinese and English is a plus.
