Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Solution Specialist to serve as the primary contact for Comprehensive HR clients and manage service requests for Workforce Now HR technology.

You will work in a metrics-driven call center, building rapport with clients, delivering clear written and verbal communication, and partnering with Resource Managers, Payroll, and vendors to ensure seamless resolutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client and/or service experience.
• College degree is great but not required.
• Experience with HR solutions or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver for clients, proactively identify problems and offer solutions to improve HR operations.
• Educate clients on ADP products and services, turning input into actionable recommendations.
• Balance priorities in a metrics-driven call center, maintain timely follow-up and high client satisfaction.
