Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a frontline HR support associate to address team member inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and guidance. This remote role operates within the Team Member Service Center, handling inquiries via phone, email, or self-service and logging cases in PeopleSoft.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree with 1+ year in HR and familiarity with HR concepts. A Bachelor's degree and healthcare HR experience are preferred."

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within HR.
• Possesses beginning to working knowledge of general HR topics.

Responsibilities

• Answers team members' questions regarding general HR policies and procedures, in adherence to established Service Level Agreement.
• Records all employee inquiries in PeopleSoft case tracking system.
• Handles routine questions received from the phone, email or self-service cases.
• Provides backup support for Reception position.
• Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
• Adheres to TM Service Center standards and practices.
