Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an HR Shared Services Support Representative to provide frontline support for compensation, payroll, HRIS, recruiting, and related processes. You will handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, document requests, and ensure timely resolutions within defined SLAs.

The role requires 1–2 years in a customer-support setting, familiarity with ServiceNow/JIRA, and strong communication skills. Reasonable overtime may be required in peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or service-related role, preferably within a shared services environment.
• Basic knowledge of service management software (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for internal and external customers.
• Provide timely information, assistance, and solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Document and track service requests with the service management system.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
• Ensure SLAs are met and report on service performance.
• Assist users with system inquiries and basic troubleshooting.
