You will guide policy development, staff mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain service excellence. You will apply advanced project and change management to optimize HR programs, ensure compliance, and maintain high customer service standards across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 5+ years HR operations with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience supporting 8,000+ employees in large, dispersed orgs.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday HRIS.
• Strong project management and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with HR compliance, background checks, and I-9 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR shared services operations and service delivery via Workday.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and benefits reviews.
• Collaborate with COEs to improve communication and mitigate risks.
• Design and deliver HR staff training and cross-training.
• Track HR metrics and drive improvements and compliance.
