Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to HR Shared Services or centralized service delivery.
• Demonstrated people management or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR life cycle processes and service delivery models.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, case management tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of HR Representatives delivering centralized HR support.
• Oversee preboarding, transfers, case management, and end-to-end employee life cycle support.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs and standards.
• Monitor phone queues, workload, and performance metrics across the team.
• Standardize processes and enterprise practices; partner with HR leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and employee experience.
• Maintain HR knowledge resources and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business partners.
• Support onboarding, training, and cross-training across HR life cycle events.
• Track and analyze service levels and customer feedback for staffing and process changes.
