Atlantic Health is seeking a Manager, HR Call Center (Shared Services) to lead the Team Member Resource Center, delivering scalable HR support across the employee lifecycle. This role partners with HR stakeholders to modernize service delivery and drive data-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, define standards, manage escalations, and guide system upgrades while ensuring compliance and an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR operations or shared services with leadership experience.
• Experience with high-volume service environments and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Team Member Resources Team, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee inquiries and transactions.
• Develop and implement service delivery standards, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee experience through process optimization and technology enhancements.
• Manage escalations and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
