Job summary

PE Global is recruiting for a HR Shared Services Centre project manager for a leading life sciences and lab supplies company based in the UK. You will design and implement the end-to-end HR service delivery model, oversee HR technology, and plan migration of transactional work to the new centre.

6–10 years in HR consulting or SSC design is preferred; MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is favored. Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is desirable.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in HR consulting, shared services/SSC setup, or HRO/BPO advisory.
• Experience leading cross-border HR transformation or SSC design programs.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is desirable.

Responsibilities

• HR Service Delivery Model Design within target operating model and governance structures.
• Drive HRIS and process standardization across geographies prior to migration.
• Coordinate entity incorporation, data privacy compliance, and liaison with legal/tax advisors.
• Plan and execute the transition of HR processes to the new centre, including knowledge transfer and cutover planning.
• Act as primary contact for HR sponsors, steering committees, and cross-functional teams.
