Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a Shared Services Coordinator to assist with day-to-day HR operations at the Waller, TX facility. You will support onboarding, payroll processing, timekeeping, employee relations, benefits and HRIS data management under supervision.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment. On-site work with standard manufacturing hours and occasional after-hours support may apply.

Qualifications

• Requires experience with HR functions including onboarding, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, and employee relations.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work under supervision in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, employee relations, timekeeping and benefits administration.
• Support HRIS data entry, payroll processing and documentation.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure proper approvals for payroll processing.
• Assist with PTO, anniversaries, terminations, and audits for compliance.
