Qualifications

• Strong data-entry skills with experience handling detailed employee data.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume tasks.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; able to organize, track, review, and audit data.
• Identify data inconsistencies, outliers, missing information, and potential errors.

Responsibilities

• Enter new hire data into ADP with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Transfer approximately 20 required fields per employee for ~10–14 hires/week.
• Process employee data changes via EAFs after verifying completeness.
• Monitor payroll-related data integrity and escalate discrepancies.
• Track transactions using Excel, iCIMS, ADP and related systems.
• Coordinate new hire records with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and managers.
• Support payroll deadlines by prioritizing changes and transactions.
• Provide data support to Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR as needed.
