Qualifications

• Basic administrative skill set and proficiency in MS Office.

• Experience as data clerk or administrative assistant; 2+ years in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assists with employee relations.
• Administers employee changes.
• Maintains employee and HR files (soft and hard).
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, pay, timekeeping, procedures and programs.
• Maintains Kronos and approvals.
• Supports other HR staff.
• May provide support to other HR administrative areas in the Company.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
