Job summary

Motion is seeking a Specialist, HR Admin to provide frontline HR Operations support to North America. You will handle inquiries, assist with Workday navigation, and complete employee lifecycle transactions with attention to privacy and accuracy.

You will document requests in ServiceNow, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with HR partners to ensure timely resolution. This role requires strong customer service in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR administration, customer service, or a similar shared services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate data entry and maintain employee records.
• Experience using HR systems (Workday) and service-delivery platforms (ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries via phone, email, ServiceNow, or other channels.
• Document and manage requests in ServiceNow with accurate case records and follow-through.
• Process HR transactions in Workday including onboarding, employee data changes, and employment verification.
• Protect confidentiality and security of employee information, escalation as needed.
• Support HR partners with reports, documentation, and administrative requests.
• Maintain knowledge of HR policies and self-service resources to aid employees and managers.
