Job summary

Fourth is seeking a Manager of Human Resource Services to lead and develop a team of HR Generalists delivering expert HR consultative services for clients. You will guide employment law compliance, compensation insights, and EPLI support while coordinating with risk and safety teams.

You will partner with leadership to shape HR strategy, develop learning programs, and oversee hiring for a growing HR services department. A strong background in HR leadership and regulatory knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding HR consultants and client services teams.
• Knowledge of employment law, EPLI, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR services for clients and supervise HR Generalists.
• Guide on employment law compliance and talent acquisition for managerial roles.
• Manage EPLI claims and coordinate with Risk and Safety teams.
• Develop compensation and benefits insights for clients to attract talent.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws.
