Responsibilities

• Triage incoming calls and route to HR support.
• Perform new employee onboarding and orientation.
• Conduct I-9 employment verifications.
• Maintain and audit HR records; ensure compliance.
• Support benefits, classification/compensation, and employee relations as needed.
