Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• One year of experience in general employee benefits administration.
• Ability to pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.
• Extensive knowledge of US employee benefits and applicable laws.

Aufgaben

• Perform day-to-day administration of current employee benefit programs; develop expertise on plans (medical, dental, life, disability, COBRA, wellness).
• Support annual Open Enrollment and communications; maintain benefit plan documentation.
• Respond to VOALA employees with questions on health insurance plans and eligibility.
• Assist in setting up benefits for new employees and changes in status; coordinate with providers.
