Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to internal customers and business unit partners.
• Prepares and processes information requests and ensures timely HR transactions (benefits, payroll, recruiting, legal, and compensation).
• Receives, creates, tracks and identifies trends in customer requests, escalating patterns to department manager.
• Answers inbound and places outbound calls to employees and leaders to provide timely resolutions.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
