Job summary

Florida Power & Light Company, a NextEra Energy, Inc. company, is seeking an HR Service Specialist II to provide guidance on general to moderate HR inquiries and to process benefits entries within our case management system.

This role supports internal customers and business units across HR functions. The position requires a High School Grad / GED and 2+ years of HR experience; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED is required.
• Experience: 2+ years in HR.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to internal customers and business unit partners.
• Prepares and processes information requests and ensures timely execution of transactions impacting benefits, payroll, recruiting, legal, and compensation.
• Receives, creates, tracks and identifies trends in customer requests and satisfaction in case management system, escalating patterns to department manager.
• Answers inbound and places outbound calls to employees and leaders to provide timely resolutions to their inquiries.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
