Job summary

Covenant Health is seeking an HR Service Representative to serve as the frontline contact in our inbound call center. You will respond to inquiries about HR topics, guide customers through benefits enrollment, leaves, payroll, and HRIS transactions.

The role requires handling confidential information with care, applying established policies, and routing complex issues to specialists. Local travel may be required, and familiarity with Kronos is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience providing frontline HR services and guidance.
• Familiarity with HR processes, benefits, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial contact in inbound call center for HR topics.
• Assist customers with HR transactions and policy information.
• Provide reception and basic guidance, escalate when needed.
• Resolve routine issues and refer to experts for complex cases.
• Navigate online forms and systems like ATHs, PARs, benefits enrollment.
• Review and route incoming HR documentation for processing.
• Maintain records accurately and protect confidentiality.
• Travel locally as required.
