Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience is required.
• Organizing and prioritizing activities.
• Understanding of the HR function and HR lifecycle.
• Experience delivering a positive candidate/worker experience.
• Experience with computer systems and MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point-of-contact for HR inquiries via phone, chat, and case management.
• Identify and deliver solutions to workers and leadership.
• Delegate and escalate queries while remaining responsible through completion.
• Learn HR framework and intake/respond/oversee inquiries from internal clients.
• Track progress and provide status updates to requestors.
• Support HR function and business lines with day-to-day HR requests.
• Promote self-service capabilities to resolve HR requests quickly.
• Leverage knowledge articles and processes to resolve inquiries.
• Support integration of HR technologies and automation.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce inquiry volume.
• Research HR trends to inform future capabilities.
• Assist with back-office tasks such as onboarding/offboarding, visa tracking, employment verifications, and records management.
